Completed New Build

We are proud to announce the completion of a new build project that we have been working on for the last 2 years.  This project involved completley demolishing an existing building and rebuilding it in the same style but in a new position which took advantage of the lie of the land as well as the aspect of the sun and surrounding views.

Set on a 4 hectare plot with olive trees and stunning views of the Majella mountain, this property consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a self-contained annexe building and of course a beautiful swimming pool.

Currently available for sale and viewings can be arranged by appointment.

Planned for 2010

Our latest project, scheduled to start in 2010 is a 200 sq.m family house built with a mixture of solid timbers and reclaimed stone. Picture a dream log hunting lodge with selectively exposed stone walls, a huge open fireplace and amazing swimming pool and you have the idea.

This property is currently at the concept stage and is therefore subject to change but is intended to be a 3/4 bedroom property with large open spaces both internally and externally, plenty of bathrooms, a huge kitchen, utility and storage areas and of course an amazing swimming pool.

We are offering this project for outright purchase, or via our shared ownership scheme if there is enough interest.

Building Plot

We currently have a beautiful building plot (pictured above) just crying out for a lovely house to be built on it.  Set on a hill top with panoramic views across the Abruzzo valley out towards the lake of Penne, and the coastline beyond, with the majestic Gran Sasso as a back drop.

This is the plot that we intend to use for our 2010 project but if anyone is interested in the plot for their own development do get in touch.

Our First Restoration

The first property we restored was a run down stone farm house in the hills of Abruzzo, near the village of Villa Cupoli.

A typical 2 up 2 down farmhouse was converted to a luxurious 3 bedroom property with a completely separate, self-contained annex making it a beautiful 4 bedroom retreat.

The property is currently available for let throughout the year via our sister company Escape to Abruzzo.
