Abruzzo Properties is a property development company based in Abruzzo, Italy. We have been restoring property in the region since 2003 and have built up a wealth of knowledge relating to everything connected with property in the area.
We are currently involved in a number of new build projects, two of which are complete and ready for sale, the other planned for 2010.
As well as carrying out our own new build projects we are happy to discuss your projects and offer advice and help where we can, even taking on the planning and management of the complete build is required.
With many years of experience restoring property in the Abruzzo region, we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this area and are happy to discuss the restoration of your property and hopefully help where we can.
Land in Abruzzo is abundant, but most of it is not suitable to build on. Therefore when we find a really good building plot we tend to buy it, either for our own projects, or for re-sale. Check out this page for any plots we currently have.
